Forager Cape from Dear Creatures

A few weeks ago , I received an email from Dear Creatures that I won the Forager Cape giveaway.

When I received the package before Thanksgiving, I knew that it would be perfect addition to my fall/winter wardrobe. I recently did a photo shoot with my friend photographer Michelle and the cape looked so adorable.

Fall Fashion 2011 trend- Chic Ponchos / Capes

Since the days of Betty Suarez graced our prime time line-up, the ponchos has transform into more stylish outerwear. Designers are paying more attention to this season's trend. From preppy All- American to glamorous capes, it has provided us tons of options of this outerwear.

Ponchos might remind us of Native American and South American print dress but you could update it with modern day accessories. A cape or poncho can be new alternative than your classic fall time cardigan.
The comfort of wearing a poncho or cape, you could layer it over your autumn outfit and take it off when you arrive to your office.

As a proud owner of military cape, I am on the hunt for a vintage poncho. I am hoping to find one on future vintage shopping trip or Etsy.
